How to buy at our website
1) Register
First enter your name and your password in the corner left top. Then click to the field Registrácia.
Please fill in the application form.
If you enter all necessary details you will be registered and you can log in.
2) Log in
You can join our internet shop in the field Prihlásenie. Here please enter your name and your password that you used in registration.
If you forget your name or password do not hesitate to contact us at sajgalova@benedetto.sk.
After successful log in you can see your name at left top above your shopping basket where you can find the total amount of your order.
Your personal details, your name and your password can be changed in the field Osobné údaje.
3) You can buy
Now you can choose items from various categories in our online catalogue.
In the field Vyhľadávanie you can find the item by typing its name, part of its name or its code.
When you find the right item please click on its name or its image.
You can open the item card where you find its name, code, image, price including VAT and delivery time or another information. If you are interested in the item you can click on the field Pridať do košíka or you can change the number of items. If you are not interested you can choose another item.
After adding item to your shopping basket you will find the total amount of your order in left corner above your login name.
If you want to check the items in your basket please click to field Košík in left corner. Here you can change the number of items in your basket or cancel them.
Then you choose the payment mode by clicking on the field Vybrať spôsob platby (orders higher than 40 EUR are not charged by postage or other transport charges). You can also fill in the note for us or return to your basket here.
4) Finishing of buying and confirmation of your order
If you want to finish your ordering and place your order please click on the field Potvrdiť objednávku. Your order will be registered and your shopping basket will be removed.
Now you can realise another order or you can log out.
The confirmation of your order and another details will be sent to your email address which was used in your registration.
We will deliver you the ordered goods by Slovak post office or by courrier of transport company in the delivery time listed in the item cards.
